How often for Nordstrom CLI

I've had my Nordstrom's card since 2006. Started with a store card and then in 2007 got a Visa with a 10K limit. Just figured out this year that Nordstrom has a store that has LV and I can order my bags and use my triple points days as double points. I asked for a CLI last month and denied. Asked yesterday and was approved for a 5K increase. My card however still says "Platinum" .. should I call them to have them make it a signature? I should have had a signature long before now.. but figured what was the difference. 

How often can I request a SP CLI with them?

you can call customer service. From what I have been told through CSR that you can request a CLI every 4 months. So depending on when was your last CLI or no CLI at all def call them! good luck
