How to boost credit scores effectively?

So I recently got about 5 new cards.

I've had one card for 2 years before apping for the 5 new ones (in my sig)

How can I utilize them to effectively gain the most points over the next few months.

My points are about 15 points lower since applying for these new cards, but none of them are reporting and my utilization is at 40% right now (only had 1100 of credit as opposed to 13.5k now)

Any advice can really help!

Re: How to boost credit scores effectively?

I'd probably get the utilization down on the card that's already reporting to credit bureaus a bit and just be patient and use those other cards wisely. My EQ score has been going up and down cause of some of the accounts I recently closed but I know that eventually the score will stabilize again. Make sure your utilization as a whole will be under 10%.

Congrats,  Off to the garden, pay down the cards, let 1-9% report on one card, make your payments, and time will take care of of the rest.
