I haven't added an external account yet (as I also have a checking and saving with USB for now), but I think that's how you do it.

Hey JC,
When you login, you will see your credit card/credit line in the middle of the page. Click onto Credit Card #### to go into your account. From there go to the left side of the page and look for Take Action and select Pay My Account. From there you will see the screen to pay your account and just below the selection for chossing the account should be a link for adding or deleting External accounts. From there you should be able to add your payment accounts.
