Oh yea, I forgot about redemption policy on QS. For the time being I'll stick with my Arrival and if they continue to be stubborn about upgrades, I'll have to reapply for the WEMC version before the AF hits and spend another free year with 2x point benefits again.

I don't see any way QS compares. With Citi you would get actual real customer service without having to play the email game like you do with C1. Plus an extra .5% back.
