Yeah, I can't locate it on their main page. This gem is hidden somewhere.

I already posted this on Flyertalk, couple things to note for,

 

* We don't know what transaction network it is on.

* Redemption threshold starts at $25, rather than $50 for Dividend and Fidelity Visa/AMEX.

* 3% FTF vs 1% FTF on Fidelity AMEX.

* Language suggests that 1% cashback is paid when the statement is out, and the other 1% is paid at the next statement (provided you pay on time).

* Citi is known to change its reward programs frequently. There is a possibility that Citi will nerf it in the future. On the other hand Fidelity AMEX has been going strong since 2008.
