Not to beat a dead horse, but agreed on xterror. I love my QS and once I hit my CSP bonus I'll be back to spending in accordance to rewards and my QS will get quite a bit of play with utilities, cell phone bills, target/walmart and such.

I ran into the discover acceptance issue for the first time shortly after getting the card, at pollo tropical down here in Florida. Threw me for a loop as the cashier stared at it almost disgusted.
Also in terms of functionality I absolutely love seeing my rewards right away. I'm that guy that will redeem .56. Just because I can. It's rather annoying with Amex/Chase not letting me redeem under I think...$25? First world problems. Amirite?

I got denied a disco and probably have too many inquiries for Citi's liking, so QS it is for me. I love it. No complaints here. Easy redemption and cap1 is just all around great to work with.

I remember it... Smiley Sad

A lot can change in a couple of months, though!  Smiley Wink

The first time I applied for an Amex Green (back in the '90s) I got a solid decline, as in I could almost hear them laughing at me through the denial letter for even having the nerve to apply.  A few months later, I got a "pre-approved" flier from none other than Amex... for a 'student' version of the Green card.  I was working full time (20 yrs old) but still taking a couple of classes, so I thought, "what the heck...".

A few weeks later I got my new card in the mail.

The "moral of the story" is, never give up... and things can change dramatically in a short period of time!  grandpa.gif
