I called the back door number twice in the last three months and they said that they could not upgrade my card. I opened it in '06 and it is paid on time or PIF every month. Into the sock drawer it goes...Has anyone had luck upgrading a CapOne card to one of their better cards? From looking around the forums I noticed most people were able to add a new CapOne card, but not upgrade.
