Cause they keeping sending these **bleep** preapproval offers in the mail everyday, just got 2 m ore today and I have no interest in getting any more Wamu cards. I have one and it is stuck at 500 and I have had it since Nov 07

I can't even count how many "wamu pre-approved CL up to $7000" offers I received. They never give up..

What is the total amount of cards do WAMU allows their customers to have??  I have 2.

As you can see in my sig I've been getting the pre-approvals from WaMu for awhile.  I seem to be in a holding pattern at the moment.  The last big 'push' from them was the Petsmart Visa.

Ahhh..  WaMu..  not at this time.

That's kinda weird that they haven't increased you by now... maybe take a look at that PFico? I got $1500 w/ them in nov/dec 07 and in June it was doubled to $3k.

And I'm WAY too paranoid about ID theft-I opt-out of everything and called that 800 number to have my name blocked from soft pulls for all 3. I have what I need and if I didn't, I'd know where to find it just by reading up on here and doing a little research. Can't believe how valuable this place is.

I have never gotten a preapproval from WAMU ever, do you guys and gals bank with them? The only ones I ever get is Citi and Chase.....

I don't bank w/ WaMu but I did register on their website awhile back in the hopes of getting an online pre-approval.  (Or something like that, I can't exactly remember now.)  I believe they've stopped letting non-account holders create online accounts with them.

I do not bank with them (been with a credit union for years) but did receive a pre-approval last november. Not sure what flagged me-wasn't watching my credit to know if they did a soft pull or what...
