Do I decicded to apply for two cards and i got 

Amazon @ $900 CL

Walmart @ $600 CL

I was hoping for higher credit limits...I suppose I will see if they increase it in 4 months.

Just got off the phone and the lady says $900 is the best they can do for now....I should call back in a month....At least I am in with GE. Will try Walmart tomorrow morning.

Ime... Amazon and Paypal MC have higher starting limits

I just called Walmart and after being told no I asked for a manual review by talking to one of their underwriters....she put me on hold for two minute and said she could approve me for the $1800 credit limit I asked for....Now I wish I asked for something hight...However I am so glad that I was able to bump the initial CL from 600 to 1800.. This forum Rocks....Now I am going to call Amazon back and see if they will bump that up as well.

No Luck with Amazon....Underwriter says wait a month and call back. I am oK with what i have since I do a lot of shopping on Amazon....the card will get used extensively,  hopefully it will Grow in no time. I might look at getting the Paypal Mastercard in the summer

I've found GE to be weird sometimes when I have requested cli's. They gave me cli's on 3 of my cards and just will not do anything on my Old Navy card with them. I don't see how they can do something for 3 out of 4 of them but I will just sit and wait and ask again next month. I don't realle need an increase on ON but I am trying to get all my low limits to 1k at least.
