After doing some research and listening to your advices I've decided the following:
- PC CapitalOne Platinmum to CapitalOne Savor. Why? Better chance of higher limit on the long run + cool looking card (metallic) + only good and excellent credit score will be accepted, unlike quick sliver which is attainable even with fair credit. so i don't mind the annual fee.
Is Cap1 offering an upgrade to Savor on your Platinum? You can only PC their cards when you have an offer to do so, and only to the offered cards.

you are right!
called Capitol one today they said we cannot get you upgraded to Savor but we can offer you Quick Silver so I took it
Alright, So here is a recap:
- Checked my Apple Card limit was 8.5k so declined it. it's not worth opening a new account for that. i will check after 3 months. i heard they were giving low limit during the pandemic hope something will change down the road.
- Capitol one CP to QuickSliver took 1 min on the phone they updated my account online right away i was disappointed I wanted Savor but hey..it's what it's
- CLI Discover 23k to 26k i was hoping for more.
- CLI CU 19k to 30k Happy
- CLI Citi ..Declined no idea why? probably I need to use this card more often
- CLI Capitol one 9k to 15k
- I will wait on Chase Sapphire Preferred CLI since I have heard they do hard pull so probably will wait 3 months then request CLI (correct me if I am wrong)
i might actually apply for Capitol one Savor i heard they are good on giving high limit up to 30k upon account opening again it's gambling not knowing how much you will get approve for I wish they can tell us upfront before going ahead with the account.
We haven't seen those $30k Savor/Venture approvals since before Covid. If $8500 on Apple isn't worth a HP, is a blind app for Savor with a likely SL between $4-10k (as long as your scores are high, otherwise probably less) worth three HPs and stingy growth potential? I wouldn't think so.

Thanks!
you are right, i would have to agree with you on this one a lot of credit card issuers are being stingy with their limits because of the pandemic. I'll keep trying with Apple's card in the next 3 months if it gets at least 10k SLI i will take it otherwise I will wait another year hoping things will get better.
