Is BT Fee treated as a purchase?

Hi MyFICOers

Yesterday I completed a 0%/18-mo CitiDC BT. The transfer has posted and the fee is pending. Is the fee treated as a purchase? If yes, I should pay that off immediately, correct?

Thanks

Thanks rlx01. So does that mean it's included in the 0% interest?
