Is Care Credit CLI a hard pull?

I called Credit Solutions. They do not handle Care Credit. They gave me the contact number which is the same as on the back of my Care Credit card. It is Synchrony so I was hoping for a soft pull. If not, I won't call. There is a chat feature, as well, if that is a soft or hard pull. I hope someone has done this and knows. Thank you in advance for responding.

Music Lover - Good morning. Care Credit is one of those rare Synchrony accounts that is a hard pull on Transunion for cli's. Chat will not get you anywhere either. If your credit is good enough, however, they do dish out some very nice limits.
