Is a product change from a Mastercard to a Visa possible with NFCU?

I am looking to PC my cashRewards Mastercard World to the Visa Signature version of the same card or maybe change it into the flagship rewards (which is also a visa sig). Is this possible, and does anyone have any experience doing this? I have looked around the forums for an answer and couldn't find an answer, and wanted to know it it was possible before I requested it.

NFCU MR AmEx: $17,200 | NFCU cR: $9800 | PayPal CB MC $4200 | Sofi MC: $7,000 | AmEx Gold: $4000 | AmEx Delta Platinum: $2600
Apple Card: $4000 | USAA PCR Visa: $5500 | AmEx BCE: $1000 | AmEx ED: $2000 | Discover it: $3250 | Deserve Edu: $1500
Total: $62,050

Thanks, I will send them a message and see what they do. I'm thinking I am going to keep the card as the cashRewards instead of a full on pc to the flagship. I just want another card I can use a Costco.

Yeah, it definitely is. I inquired about this a couple months ago when product changing a card and they said it is possible to change the card network. It is treated as a separate product so the interest rate may go up or down depending on your score at the time.

Coscto - I had forgotten about them - they only accept Visa ...

I always use my Citi Costco Card Visa as the warranties on larger item purchases extends them automatically when I choose the Citi Costco.

Any advantage to use using NFCU Visa card ?

So they got back to me via SM really quickly and I was able to product change the world mc into the visa sig. They even lowered my APR by 1% which I thought was nice. Once I woke up this morning and responded to their reply the exchange of messages talking about the pc took less than an hour so it was really quick!

@4sallypat NFCU is just my main bank so I just prefer running a lot of my purchases through them. Got a Costco membership last June and have only been able to use my USAA cc there so far, so I thought I'd make one of my cards from my main bank also available for use.
