Is it possible to get a credit card with the same company you got a charge off from ?

USAA has very good credit products. None members aren't allowed to apply for certain credit cards nor any of their insurances.Secured cards are for only members. They will not let me in(:

I can app for their Mastercard but the interest rate might be higher for none members.

Yeah their car insurance rates are very low. And they offer a lot of benefits.
