Yeah I don't hate cap one and I have no regrets using them as first lender when building my credit. Their ease of rewards redemption is definitely top notch. Redeeming rewards with chase isn't difficult though. No minimum required to redeem but you do have to wait for the statement to post in order to redeem the rewards but I've seen that is the norm and cap one is unusual in giving you the rewards less than 24 hours after the transaction posts.
