Is the chase freedom plus card still as good as it use to be?

Well first off do they still offer the card?  If so what are the changes besides the AF? For their standard card they have

"Get 3% bonus cash back on gas, groceries and fast food purchases for the first six months"

Would the plus card offer these benefits after the 6 months?

3% on 6 of their 15 categories (Freedom has only 5 categories, when i apply it was. Heard some say only 3 categories.)

No cap limit (Freedom sets it at $600)

$30 annual fee (Freedom has no annual fee)

Anything else I'm missing?

I just converted my WAMU to Freedom Plus.  The rewards will more than pay my AF based upon the bonus categories alone.

I heard they changed their terms and conditions. The 3% in 6 cats. only applies in the first few months or somehting. Did you just call them to switch to Freedom Plus? What did they do to your regular Wamu card? They have told me what my Wamu card will be yet!
