Ok,
So, I joined my local University credit union. I love the customer service.
I opened up a savings account only and brought my recent TU credit report to have one of their analyst look over--to set goals.
After looking at my report, she said she would love to see me consolidate my current 32% utilization ratio of my CCs into one of their personal loans. She said a PL would give me a good mix of credit and boost my score. She also said I could apply for one of their CCs and get a $5,000 CL. Wow! The PL is going to be $4,082.
I was not expecting all of that, and I most definitely was not planning on leaving the garden. But she was so nice and the terms and interest rates were so good. How could I resist?

Congrats! That's great. Some CUs are really good like that. Did she quote you a rate for the loan? Hopefully you'll have a good %.
A good CU can make you financial life a breeze, sounds like you found a good one.
