I'm not sure.  I received 1 hard and 3 soft inquiries.  The 3 soft inquiries could be b/c I initially had a freeze on my EX report, and they may have tried 3 times to do a hard pull.

I sent an email asking  if there's additional information that I need to send.  They responded within 5 min asking for proof of address.

Well, my packet should be in the mail, but I don't have much hope that it will get here before next Tuesday, Texas is a long way from Pennsylvania.

Yes, I were able to email everything.  I asked them nicely if I could email my pfd documents.
