I have never had a problem with either of my Junny cards.

 

CS is adequate, they have called on a couple of potentially fraudulent charges, really no problem.  Not great on CLIs, but the two together are nearly $25K, so I am content 

The slide from grace is really more like gliding
And I've found the trick is not to stop the sliding

I don't have a Juniper card, but had payments held with both Credit One Total Visa and with my Orchard card.  Hasn't happened in a few months and only the one time with both cards.

Barclays, in the past, held my larger payments.  After having the card for more than 2 years, I sent $2,300 payment and it was available the following day.
