I searched via the Ultimate Rewards mall and all the prices were about $230 more compared to my Agents pricing? So wouldn't it be better to order through agent Nd get 2% cash back on travel ?
Sounds like you've got a good agent and it really is a YMMV thang. I've only recently checked trips to NZ and UR was comparable to what was offered elsewhere. I wonder if the 20% is applied once you put a trip in the cart and get ready to pay?

Yeah that's what I was wondering as well? If its 20% applied afterwards, then the UR mall is definitely a better deal.
Wonder also if there's a difference between domestic vs international flights....and flights only versus package deals. I've been looking at a "Lord of the Rings" tour of NZ for 15-21 days and they were very competitively priced for packages, at least with my beginning searches.
Wow! Congratulations on the card and awesome limit!
CSP is my target card.

You only get the 20% if using UR points to pay for travel, so basically 1 UR point is worth 1.25c instread or the typical 1 cent
