Does anyone know what credit score PFCU requires to issue a credit card?

Re: Just Curious

Thank you, BigBS.

My next question concerns the actual credit score itself.  My credit score just went up 27 points from the former 639.  I don't want to apply for a credit card that will be denied.  Now that I have the name of the CRA they use, does anyone know what numerical credit score they require in order to be issued a credit card?

I don't know what the bottom line score or nominal score is, but I'm sure someone can provide that.  I would ask what things are you looking for in a CC that PFCU can give you?  There may be others even better (I've heard PFCU can be tough sometimes).

It's unlikely you'll be approved with a score of 666.

There are many threads around here that describe how conservative a lender Penfed is.
