Just got a CLI for Amex TE...too soon to apply for Amex BCE?

I just requested a 3x CLI from my Amex TrueEarnings, but was only approved for a $1900 (starting CL was $2000).  My FAKO score is 765 and I just got the TrueEarnings card in November 2013.  I have no balances on any of my credit cards (0% utilization at the moment and AAoA is 5 years 2 months).  I would like to apply for the Amex BCE card for the 3% back on groceries.  Is it too soon to apply given my CLI just this week on the TE card?  What are my chances of being approved?

Thank you!

You need to let one revolving card report a balance of 1-9% of its CL with the rest of your revolvers reporting 0 balance, a 0% util scores the same as if you were using 30% of your lines. I would accomplish this and let it report to the CRAs prior to apping for another card. I am not an AMEX specialist so someone else will have to answer you on the odds.
