So a quick recap, ordered EMV on 31st, 13 days later, I got 3 regular cards, they credited my account 2500UR points (nice of them, I asked for 10k) so I escalated the complaint a little more since the 3rd card was suppose to be the 'confirmed' EMV card, well it wasnt, they overnighted me a EMV card and I finally got it, I got a call from Sherry at the EO and she told me she'd look in to my request for more UR points, well she just called me today, and said she wouldnt be able to give me more UR points but she is able to credit a James Hoban purchase I made on 10/31 for $39.60
*I hope they dont take my 80 points I got off that purchase cause of the credit they are giving me.
and on top of that I got a SW alert and it went up to to 725 from 710 yesterday.
