@Anonymous Congrats for retiring Credit One . . . life is all about continuous improvements . . . well done!!!
I cancelled one of my cards at the end of march and they are not taking it well... they have been stalking me since then to "come back". Every time I log in for my other card, I have to be very careful not to click the "Re-activate your card" button. I actually have a 12 dollar credit on the "closed" account but I just can't get them to accept the fact that it is "over".
Is this normal for Credit 1? I'm about to kick the 2nd to the curb but it has only been open since November so I want to get closer to the 1-year mark.
I'm afraid I'm going to have get a restraining order from them to get them to quit sending me emails, snail mail flyers (unsealed), and phone calls.
It would be one thing if they were willing to give me a CLI... but nope!
Momentous day - congratulations.
