It's been about 5 months since my last CLI on my WM MC and for the last three days I've signed in to my account and the "Request Credit Increase" (a/k/a LUV Button) is not there!

Anyone have any insight to this? Thanks!

I had this same issue with both mine and DH's Walmart store card accounts about a month ago.. mysteriously the CLI button reappeared about a week ago.. so perhaps yours will also reappear? We got new chip cards right about the time that the button disappeared, not sure if that is related.

It happens and there's no ryhme or reason to it from my experience. Give it some time and I'm sure it'll come back or you can call credit solutions for your CLI request if that's an option you want to explore.
