Re: Looking for a new credit card

What is the limit on your Discover?

Consider paying the charge on your best CB% card to get that, then use the Discover 4.99% no-fee transfer to move most of the $3,500 there, then pay it off over a few months. For $14 per month of declining interest payments, saves a HP.

Do you have a business up and running?

Re: Looking for a new credit card

The reason I dislike Chase Card is when I was approved for their Freedom card they gave me the lowest amount of $5,000. All credit line increases is a hard pull and I was denied once before.

No problem.  If travel is not a care at all, then the Propel by itself is all you need.  Even if you dont use the signature card to maximize your return value, on paper the Propel card is one of the best free cards I have ever seen.

Re: Looking for a new credit card

Last I heard, BofA Travel could be combined with BofA AAA to give people with $100k+ at BofA (across cash, retirement, securities) 2.625% as true cash back (without annual fees or travel redemption requirements).

Official Payments charges 2.49% for CC income tax payments. I don't know if you can pay your property taxes, too, by CC...but as a landlord with no travel that might be ideal for you.

Personal spend: Amex Gold, Amex Schwab Plat., BofA PR+CCR(x2), Costco
Business use: Amex Bus. Plat., BBP, Lowes Amex AU, CFU AU
Perks: Delta Plat., United Explorer, IHG49, Hyatt, "Old SPG"
Mostly SD: Freedom Flex, Freedom, Arrival
Upgrade/Downgrade games: ED, BCE
SUB chasing: AA Platinum Select
