Capital One has a decent secured card. You can also try a credit union some of them are good with secured cards.

Welcome Tink1o5

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Welcome to the forums!!!

I agree with Cap1 secured or a local CU. You may have to resort to the dreaded First Premier or CreditOne but you have to start somewhere.
