I could understand why NJ DMV are so strict but I tried everything to get a duplicate D.L. but no go. DMV require at least one of the following for 4-points: Birth Certificate, Passport, Expired D.L.(within 1yr) or Certificate of Citizenship. Unfortunitely I never had a passport, I lost my birth certificate, D.L, and Certificate of Citizenship. But once I get it back, it's going in the safe box!!
