Re: Lowes CC

You are probably safe with that score and will get a pretty nice limit.  I would guess around 2K....but it all depends on what baddies are on the report.  No BK's, recent CO's, or collections?

On a positive note I have 3 accounts in good standing 1 with 0 balance and 2 auto joint with life partner who has helped me get a credit score because I started out with a score of 0 three years ago. What should I do now one of these has to be a duplicate but I don't know. Any help would be appreciated. I need a new lawn tractor, think lowes would approve me with a down payment?

Re: Lowes CC

Those are really old collections.  I have more than that that are newer and I got approved with an EQ of 602 for $800.  I think you should go for it.  The promos are awesome.

Re: Lowes CC

As far as the collections, you need to find out the Statute of limitations for your state.  I wouldn't dispute unless they are past the point of being able to collect.  They are so old, they will fall off by next year on your report.  No need to rock the boat.

Re: Lowes CC

Yes, but a lot of lenders will shy away from unpaid collections, regardless of how old. Don't know where GEMB falls in this department.

Like I said, I still have some unpaid collections on my report and they approved me.  In fact, I also have a 2K Care Credit account.

Oops, sorry, I missed that first time through. This has been a really long week, and one more workday to go!

Thanks for the catch. Smiley Wink
