Lowest Discover APR you all have?

So was curious as lowest published APR is 11.99.  I was at 12.99..  I decided to call discover just a moment ago as was bored and not really applying for credit atm just going for SP CLI's, etc..  So called and asked for APR reduction as believe it was over 6 months since last one.  Was offered permanent one at 11.24%..  Was kinda suprised was expect it to be 11.99% so obviously they go below their published APR.  What is the lowest you all have on the card that I love to hate

Fun question.  For regular APR, I'm at 10.99 on mine, and the % over prime is the same as when I opened the card.  I also have a temp APR of 0.9% atm which they offered to me about a month ago for some reason, but that's a different thing.

At 0% promotional APR on old card.

Newer card is at 14.24%, cannot get reduced until after Feb. 2021

I had %12.99 in 2018, now its %10.99. One of my lowest APR for reward cards. 💖

14.24% on IT (with 0% until next October) and no idea on Miles because it's in its intro 0% until next month. 

I could have asked for a reduction last month but went for the 0% instead.

11.99 is what I got going for me.. but I have a BT and a 0% on new purchases until Dec...

Seen as low as the 10s for perm APR...

So appears in 6 months more i should be able to get lower than 11.24....  They do go below published APR just like Amex, Citi etc..

I'm at 13.99...I'll be giving them a call and ask for a lower rate. The worst that can happen is they say no. (I'm still waiting for that sweet carbon fiber design to become available.)
