Oh I have  Hilton Honor Points and never heard it refered to as HH before.  I got an offer for 2.6 Hilton points for 1 MR point and transfered 25k.   And it gave me the points I needed to book 6 nights in Barbados.  Turned out to get 2.1 CPP out of MR points. 

Avios points are pretty worthless with British Airways fuel surcharges.

Avios are fine for domestic AA metal sAAver awards, especially close-in for non-elites. The booking process is pretty simple, too. I've gotten as high as 4.6 cents per MR that way.

Transatlantic BA metal is definitely another matter.

Pretty much so, anything crossing any borders will incur a large charge. Good thing I base in DFW, lot of domestic flight I can use it for.

Amex never gonna have a bonus to delta, this is the best option I have to boost value to 1.8-2cpp.
