The new Macy's Amex card is it issued by Citi Bank or DSNB ? I know DSNB is part of Citi Bank but they had their own underwriting group.
I think the letter I received said that it was still DSNB.
It is DSNB. DSNB is the name of a small office within a small citibank office.
I got to know this info when I was refused a macy's visa (was aiming for amex) just because I have a citi secured card (yes, you can't get an unsecured card from citi if you have a secured card with them already)
so who is already a in store card member will get an amex card ,(after credit check, of course)?

You will get an Macy's AMEX if you have a Macy's VISA, not if just a MACY's.

got it, it is funny because i called them like 3 weeks ago, in order to request a visa logo on my card, they keep telling me i have to wait one month for them to let me know, i mean, it's gotta be because of the transition from visa to amex, dunno>....
