Torry590, Sorry to hear of your disappointing experience with Macy's.  They have been really good to many folks and I'm sure they are not just singling you out for denial.  Like Score_builiding said; did they tell you they will send a letter with an explanation?  Did you ask why you were declined?  You might try the back door number listed here; Back Door Numbers
