macy's was on my "list" of cards i hated after being late by 1 day (no grace period.) Which resulted in them lowering my CL by $200. But after i called and talked to them they said to pay a couple months on time and then call back for a CLI. So i paid it on time and a lot more than the minimum, called up and they gave me a $500 increase!
