I guess I can still use the Store card, I don;t have the AMEX card yet but find it strange that my CL is $0. Most likely like the CSR said they are setting it up.
My confusion is that if I now have two Macys card with two seperate CL's, why does my online account shows only the AMEX? Shouldn't it show also the Store and the AMEX?
The AMEX will replace your RED card and show 2 tradelines on your profile when you login. You might have to add it when you receive it though. I added my store card before even getting the actual card and the AMEX didn't show up until I added it.
You'll end up seeing 2 accounts for the same card though online. You'll have an additional credit limit reported for the AMEX side in addition to your RED limit.
