Well, like UE said -- they are kind of vague. The girl basically said "Okay, you'll get that visa card in the next 7-10 days." I let her go on for a second about how I I can go into the store and I will automatically get the reward credit even if I'm shopping with my plain regular card. I pressed the issue after a minute, asking, "how can you tell if I'm approved?" She said something like, "Well, it will take up to a week to show up in the system once you're approved." She also added, "Well, everything looks good to me."
So sure, that sounds encouraging, but, ahem.. no solid approval, no TL, no soft or hard on EX yet. I'll check the other two here in a sec.

OK, yeah, I see what you mean. 
Now that you mention it, I'd probably feel the same way without at least seeing that inquiry.
macys did the same for me too. well I didnt ask, I just had the card for about 4 years and then suddenly they were like "hey heres the visa with a 2000 limit" and i pooped my pants considering i only had a 200 limit for 4 years. target did the same I started with 300 and filled her up and then paid it over like three months and they raised me to 500 then i did the same again and bought an xbox 
and paid it off over the next couple months and then they were like hey heres a visa with a 3000 limit!" so keep on waitin cuz it will happen if you keep payin it!!
