This is good to know though!!
That's an easy fix, just add it to your smart phone's calendar...but yeah, i know what you mean with their lates.
I have a loan payment coming up. I forget does Navient take amex cards as well?

Believe just Visa/MC. If I recall correctly, athough could be wrong.
Unfortunately (or fortunately), I'm done paying student loans since last year. But this is a nice way to recoup some of those interest charges, lol.

That would really suck because I need to come up with min spend for my amex.

Forberance only last so long as well.. wow only 3 payments in 6 years, isnt the interest getting tacked in to the end of loan and you owe more than original amt now? If you SL is exceeding original amount of loans lender at some point willl look negatively at this, just sometihng to keep in mind. Not saying that is your case, but known many that it has happened to
This. Ever seen the "Proportion of loan balance to loan amount too high" denial reason?

Except you don't get points using serve with amex. Not to mention I am using serve to pay other bills where I do not have the option to pay via credit cards.
Does anybody know the process of paying Navient using Serve? I see they have Navient and Navient Private Loan listed. First of all, I don't know what biller to choose. I have Department of Education loans and regular governemnt loans. Secondly, is just putting the account number in all that's required? On the statement it says to send an invoice or something like that. Any help is much appreceiated.
