Merrill Lynch CC?

Hi, I was approved for a Merrill Lynch + Visa Platinum Plus Credit Card, with a $5,000 CL. Does anyone else have any history with this type of card? Why does AMEX only pull EX credit report? Thanks.. J. TU-617 EQ-595 EX-567

Re: Merrill Lynch CC?

If I may ask, what is their web site to apply?  I feel that I just need one (1) more cc so that I can close one my other cc.  Thanks for your info.

Wow after looking at your scores I'm shocked that you got this card, it is supposedly not an easy card to get! Who did they pull? CONGRATS!!!

Re: Merrill Lynch CC?

I am not sure yet which were pulled, will have to check my inquiries...

They also take into consideration your income... I make roughly $70,000/yr..

Everyone takes income into some sort of consideration. ML+ has just gotten a reputation as being a hard card to get - regardless of income. If the scores don't justify approval then income won't be able to impact your CL...

Either way - Congrats on the approval.
