For a few months I had a preapproved increase message from DCU that I kept ignoring. Today at work I was a little bored so I decided to go for it to see what would happen and it gave me a message that I would get a call from DCU. After an hour I logged into my account and noticed my credit limit was now double.
After work I decided it was time to do what I have been planning to do since Dec and that was app for a BCP. I went to the creditcard.com cardmatch and it had me matched up for the BCP for a couple of months now with the $250 bonus offer. I filled the app out and BOOM!!! Instant approval.
Since I was on a roll I decided what the hell and apped for a Chase Freedom card. Again, another instant approval. At this point it was time to push my luck and BofA has been hitting me up with preapprovals on their MLB card so I apped and got the 30 day 
Do they have a backdoor/recon number?
After feeling a little bummed for a few seconds I decided to try and get a CLI on my Amazon store card to cheer me back up. Called in and after a few minutes my request was approved. Not a bad app/CLI spree 
and here are the results....
DCU Platinum CLI: $5k to $10k
Amazon Store card: $3.5k to $8k I should have asked for $10K :\ lol
Amex BCP Instant Approval: $9k
Chase Freedom Instant Approval: $6k
Total cred limit increase for the day: $24,500
Now for the stats...
TU: 4 last one Nov '12 - 756 FICO from last CLI on my GAP card three weeks ago
EQ: 4 inq last one Dec '12 - 743 Myfico/752 DCU FICO
EX: 7 inq last one Nov '12 - 730 Experian Direct FAKO
8% Util and all three bureaus are clean and AAoA 6.5 years.
Not bad for a guy that had low 500's a year and a half ago with several baddies and SL defaults.

Oh and where do the preapprovals show up for DCU? Obviously I've never seen one for myself but am just curious .
When I logged in I saw "Congratulations! You have been preapproved for a new loan." right under the Account Manager icon on the home page. It also says I'm preapproved for a car loan... So tempting
Congrats. I am hoping to pick up the BCP and Chase Freedom as well as soon as I hit the 6 month mark in the garden. I will be done apping for CCs for the forseeable future at that point.
