More trouble with Old Navy

Last year I wrote about how Old Navy credit card (not store card) CLD me from $2250 to $250.  Today I sign in to Myfico and there is an alert that this account in now closed.  I called the CSR line and first she tried to tell me the account is closed because of inactivity to which I replied I used it last month.  She then said it expired and they aren't going to reissue you a new one.  I had this account for 3 years and have never paid late.  I used to carry a balance, but when I paid it they gave me a cld (balance chasing I assume), but since then have used the card and either left a low balance or pif hoping they would cli.  Now this.  I've read this usually means they are done with the customer.  Should I bother calling the recon line?  The cl was a joke, but I used the card for the discounts when you used the card...  Im about ready to just cut my losses...

+1 to calling Credit Solutions.  They may be able to reopen the account, since it wasn't closed long ago.  It's worth a try.
