Moving credit limits between nfcu cards

can I send a secure message to nfcu asking to move from a Amex card to platinum card 15k so the platinum will have 35k ?

are they ok with that don't wanna ask something they don't like to process 

i use allot for advance and pay back after 3 weeks always 

taking advantage of the low apr the platinum has

You can ask them to do just about anything through secure message.

Sent yesterday afternoon a secure message never heard back 

as of now 

does it take forever for them to open it ? Thanks

They try to get back to you within 24-48 hours. It may take a bit longer due to everything going on. I would give it till Thursday. Worst case, you can call in for assistance. Good luck

NFCU is swamped! .. So the wait times are a bit longer than normal.

If you're using the card for a lot of cash advances, NFCU may suggest you take out a personal loan instead of increasing your credit limit on the Platinum card.

I am at 3 days right now for a reply to a secure message. Never been this long before. No biggie though.

This is a 50/50 shot. There have been lots of people who have asking to moved limits and it has been approved and there have been people like myself who have been told no.
