Multiple American Express Cards and Moving Credit Lines between?

Has anyone recently been able to move credit lines are amongst other American Express Cards they have?

Hoping to move partners use of Costco to a Blue Cash Preferred but an additional tradeline is a hard sale especially if it wouldn't come along with a high limit... but with just over a week left until an application in Jan. would be fantastic!!

I just tried to move mines around and they said the new account needs to be open for 13 months. So I did not qualify
