You should have taken the CSP, it would have been a minimum of $5k unlike your 2 Freedoms... even if you don't want it I always tell people to take a premium card or a co-branded card as the 2nd chase card because of the MUCH higher limits and then close it and move the limit to the Freedom or Unlimited if one of those works better for you.
Last month, I had the two green check marks on my Chase account as well. I had a Chase Freedom Unlimited with a $4k SL, which I opened in April 2017. I took the bait and applied for both of them....
I wound up with a Chase Slate at $6300 SL and a Chase Sapphire Preferred at $20,000 SL. The little green check marks definitely bypassed the 5/24 rule.

My only interest in the cards was the 0% balance transfer offer. CSP doesn't have a balance transfer option.
Essentially my question is this: should I give it a go for the 3rd card (Freedom, again 0%/15 months) because it's still sitting there with the green checkmark or not? I'd love another $4k of balance transfer.
Either way, I got the CFU card today and just initiated the balance transfer. So I'm a happy guy. If the offers are still around in a month I'll go for another. 0% interest is a good thing.

Everybody can have a catastrophic event happen in their life. It almost feels a little like bragging that you have 7 Chase cards.
Mess up on one and you could lose all 7. Will your utilization be dramatically changed if you lose those 7 cards?
I would never recommend anyone allowing one single lender that much power over them.
It's not bragging I'm simply stating there is nothing wrong with having multiple cards with one lender. No, if I lost all 7 cards my utilization would be fine.. but that won't happen. And what power do they have? I have like 30 credit cards and many lenders.. so I don't see how Chase has any power over any other lender I have. If the card benefits or has a good sign up offer I say go for it. I wouldn't discourage someone from getting a card with a lender because they already have some.
So... I got these two approvals on 7/17. There are STILL offers (green check marks) under "Your offers". Are they just trying to sucker me? Why would they keep these "guaranteed" offers there if they aren't going to give them to me if I apply?
When I click on the offer itself (Freedom) it says:
"You're one step away from your new card, simply enter your income below"
Should I go for it? Or should I wait another 10 days to make sure I'm past the 2/30?

Even if you have 7 credit cards from 7 different lenders if you mess up on one the others take note and can cut your credit limit. The way to have no lender have any power over you is to not carry a balance.
