Still not reporting after 2 statements. Normal?

Yes, normal. Mine reported after the 3rd or 4th statement

Scores 8/25/2017~ TU: 753 / EXP: 742 / EQ: 726
Goal: 770's or higher by end of 2017

That is normal for AMEX. They don't report until after the 3rd or 4th statement. This is useful because they only allow you to process one payment before your first statement cuts. This way even though you can only submit one payment, the first statement does not report. Following the first statement you can submit 1 payment per day.
