My Capital One Secured Allowed to Ask for Increases Now?

Im think im going to keep the card open They are still unsecuring this card i got this from the Website

The ability to request a CLI on secured card has been there at least 18 months. It does not mean anything. You cannot request an increase you can only be granted an auto CLI and as said above you get only one on a secured card. Look in your inbox in the app in two days and you will see the letter saying you cannot request a CLI on that type of card.
