Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
The CU I'm a member of, LMCU is giving auto CLIs to every member with a credit card in current status that has at least a 1k or higher limit. They are also offering to skip a payment for any loan or CC.
Cap 1. Waved my late payment fee and refunded interest for 1 month
Spectrum (internet and cable) Compensated my bill for 2 months. Will be charged normal rate in June
Metro PCs (T-Mobile) Conpensated my bill for 2 for months, will be charged normal rate in June(Even after I already had a 60$ bill credit)
ALLy delayed my car note I'm assuming at the end of the loan so I will accure interest
***UPDATE***
Waited on hold for 2:39:46. Chase auto has assistance for those affected by Coronavirus, but it's a different department that can't be called directly. They transferred me and it was picked up almost immediately. Simply asked if I was affected then explained the program.
3 month payment deferment with 0 intrest.
He read a disclosure and I agreed. Worth the 3 hour wait.
PenFed deferred my auto note for a month. The CSR was very nice and said they will see how things go then reevaluate and may do another month of deferrments if necessary. Interest will still accrue.
While we plan to trade in DWs car in 30-60 days Ally also allowed us 120 days deferred payment. DW is out of work with no income. While we will make it through I'd rather pay the finance charges and keep as much money as possible in our accounts as everything is very uncertain at the moment. Hopefully BBT will offer something similar for my car loan.
This thread has been fantastic and I hope to read more wonderful stories.

I don't understand why more lenders aren't doing this. Yeah, it raises their risk, but it can pay off in both loyalty and intrest in the long term.

Chartway’s Emergency Financial Assistance Program:
- Request to skip your loan or credit card payment(s)*
- Request that we increase your line of credit
- In addition, we are supporting our members by waiving Chartway ATM service fees.
*If your skip payment is approved, and you have an automatic transfer set up from another financial institution to make your loan payment, you will need to contact your financial institution and cancel the transaction for your payment. Interest will continue to accrue and payment(s) will be added to the end of the loan term, which may cause a reduction to GAP or Warranty Coverage. Other restrictions may apply.
