As I mentioned last month, I was able to do a PC from an old Cap1 Platinum Visa to a Venture card. The conversion process proceeded quickly -- the rewards feature was added within a couple of days and any pending transactions settled with the rewards included -- but I've been waiting for the new card to arrive. It came in today's mail, so now I feel like it's officially official! I will say that I like the aesthetics of the Venture card -- dark blue background, light silver lettering with a travel/passport type of graphic lightly superimposed over the background.
Anyway, this was a nice start to my week!

New plastic (or metal) is the best feeling ever. You take the envelope out of your mail box and you feel the card in there..
Mmm xD
Is it Visa Signature? I'm hoping to PC into this card after my HSBC backed MasterCard moves to Capital One. Congrats!

Yes, it's a Signature -- $6400 CL.
Is it the standard or silver logo?

Well, it looks just like this, only with my account number and name on it. The "Venture" and "Capital One" are in light silver. The "Visa Signature" part is in more of a white, I would say.
So you're not Lee M Cardholder? It is a nice card, I saw a yellow one and it looked reflective.

@Anonymous, @ the Lee M Cardholder comment!!!
The yellow Venture card is a VentureOne card. The difference is that the VentureOnehas no AF, but only earns 1.25 miles per dollar spent; the Venture earns 2 miles per dollar, but has a $59 AF. Since my old Platinum card already had a $59 AF, and NO rewards of any kind, upgrading to the Venture was a big plus. Also, the amount of spending that I expect to put though it will justify the Venture over the VentureOne. Bottom line is that I'm very happy!!!
