Chase Amazon - For 5% on Amazon, I get a lot from Amazon almost daily. LOL
Chase Freedom - For the 5% categories.
Barclays Apple - I buy a lot from Apple and with the 0% APR for Apple purchases it a very good card for me.
HSBC Cash Card - 3% on everything for the first year then 1.5% a good card for everyday things then nothing special.
PNC Cash Card - For my medical things meds and office copays.
BB&T Cash Card - It's a good card 3% for gas and that works (I got it before SunTrust and BB&T go 100% thru). LOL
SunTrust Cash Card - 5% for gas and grocery for the first year then the BB&T card is better card for that.
Alliant FCU - Low APR card no rewards. Was suppose to have a rewards but they could not make up their minds on my card to give me, it was like pulling teeth to be approved for this card with 793 FICO and good income.
PenFed Power Cash - 2% on everything after HSBC is over the one year mark.
PenFed Gold - No rewards but a good low APR card.
I have slimmed down my card line up to this I think that this a good line of cards.

That's a good line up of cards. Looks like you got the categories you need.When @AllZero , Cannot offer up a suggestion, I am left speechless
The only thing I see missing is Travel? .. but then again, you may not.
OP all ready has PenFed cards. So I can't sell any and get my commission off of it.

I have a Marriott card but with this virus going on I'm not traveling right now.
AOD looks nice with 3% in all categories
Here is my card lineup in Q3:
Amazon: Chase Freedom/AMZ (5%).
Groceries/Instacart: Discover (Paypal/5%), BOA Cash rewards/AMEX BCE~3%.
Mobile/Internet --> USB Cash+ (5%).
Walmart --> Cap1 (5% limited time; afterward 3%).
Netflix --> USB Altitude Pro (~10%).
Other TV related (HBO, YoutubeTV, etc) --> Amazon (5%).
Other: If they fit in BOA Cash Rewards (3%), otherwise BOA Premium Rewards (~1.5%).
----------
My categories impacted by pandemic (no use):
Dining: USB Altitude Pro (4%), AMEX Gold (4x).
Uber/Lyft: Barclay/USB Cash+ (5%).
Travel: AMEX Gold/BOA Premium Rewards.
Gas --> Going for an electric car sometime soon. No gas, no emission
I may consider one credit card application in this year or next year: AOD (3%) or Chase CSP. Any other suggestion?
