NEW: Discover it Miles Credit Card

This card is very interesting. The $30 WiFi credit and the double miles for the first year is a nice touch. I still wouldn't put it in the same class as Double Cash or Fidelity, but it definitely edges out Quicksilver.

If you are in this for instant bonus gratification, yes, but it's not really a joke. I think it's clever and allows you to achieve as much of a bonus as you want.

I get bored of the same old spend $3000 get $40k stuff over and over. This card will actually benefit you no matter what you spend, and you aren't forced to spend a certain amount in a certain amount of time!

This. What do you call the TE AMEX?

It might not be for everyone, but I am about to say something I didn't think I was going to say anytime soon. It makes my Double Cash card look insignificant. I can earn 2% on all purchases, or essentially 3% on all purchases for the first year. To me, that's a bonus worth waiting for.

I believe you can have more than one Discover card. I almost got the Chrome at one point, and asked them via chat. You are allowed, but like I mentioned, it's kind of a pain as you have to set up two different online accounts, you can't link them.

You can't have two of the same card, but I suspect an It and an It Miles would be fine. Just the aggravation of two online accounts.

looks like this card will be the new myfico FOTM card. I honestly don't see the appeal of it with no signup bonus. 

As far as an test dummy if i was more intrigued over the card i would try since i haven't had an eq pull since june 2013.

I'm really not understanding why people keep insisting this has no signup bonus. It does -- just not a traditional bonus. Hate to say it, but this is a bonus that you can't just up and churn, you have to be in it for the year. That's fine if you don't want to, but I think it's a nice bonus.
