NFCU $25K CLI/INCOME??

Does NFCU take into acct income when determining whether or not to extend the $25K?

AFAIK they do not.

I am absolutely positive they do. I don't know of any lender that doesn't take income into account to determine debt load and ability to pay. NFCU is more liberal in their lending practices so it's easier to get higher limits with a good credit profile but yes- internal algorithms take income into account.
